Quick and easy chocolate cake

Servings : 4
Prep time : 15 minutes
Cook time : 25 minutes
Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 140g of granulated sugar
- 250g of dark chocolate
- 150g of lightly salted butter
- 60g of flour
Instruction :
- Preheat the oven on a medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and the eggs.
- Gently melt the dark chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
- Add the sifted flour, then pour the whole thing into a large bowl.
- Mix well then pour into a cake tin covered with baking paper, or into a silicone cake mould.
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
