Quick and easy chocolate cake

Servings : 4

Cook time : 25 minutes

 

Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 140g of granulated sugar
  • 250g of dark chocolate
  • 150g of lightly salted butter
  • 60g of flour

 

Instruction :

  1. Preheat the oven on a medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and the eggs.
  3. Gently melt the dark chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
  4. Add the sifted flour, then pour the whole thing into a large bowl.
  5. Mix well then pour into a cake tin covered with baking paper, or into a silicone cake mould.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
