Mojito

Mojito

Prep time : 5 minutes

 

Ingredients :

  • 25cl of white rum
  • 8 teaspoons of granulated
  • sugar
  • 2 limes
  • 40cl of sparkling water
  • 40 fresh mint leaves

 

Preparation :

  1. Squeeze the jus from half a lime into al arge glass.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 10 mint leaves.
  3. Slightly crush the mint then add 6cl of rum, 10cl of sparkling water and the crushed ice.
  4. Serve immediately with a straw.

    For the virgin version, forget the rum !
