Tuna tartare

Tuna tartare

Servings : 4

Refregiration : 60 minutes

 

Ingredients : 

  • 600g tuna steaks
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of finely
  • chopped dill
  • Fleur de sel and ground pepper

 

Instructions : 

  1. Chop the tuna, apple and the celery into very small cubes. Peel and finely chop the shallots.
  2. Put this into a large bowl. Add the oil, the cider vinegar then season with salt and pepper, being sure to mix well.
  3. Leave this to marinate in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
  4. Add the finely chopped dill and serve with lightly toasted ryebread fingers.
