Tuna tartare

Refregiration : 60 minutes
Ingredients :
- 600g tuna steaks
- 1 branch of celery
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 2 shallots
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of finely
- chopped dill
- Fleur de sel and ground pepper
Instructions :
- Chop the tuna, apple and the celery into very small cubes. Peel and finely chop the shallots.
- Put this into a large bowl. Add the oil, the cider vinegar then season with salt and pepper, being sure to mix well.
- Leave this to marinate in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped dill and serve with lightly toasted ryebread fingers.
