Maori Poke bowl

Ingredients :
- 400g of fresh raw tuna
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 black radish
- 1 red onion
- 1 lettuce
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 limes
- 2 tablespoons of chives
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soya sauce
- Powdered coconut
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 20cl of coconut milk
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cut the tuna into thin slices and marinate in the juice from the 3 limes, for 1 hour, adding a little salt and pepper.
Pour the soya sauce over the hardboiled eggs. - Whisk together the oil, the coconut milk, the juice from 1 lime and salt and pepper, to form an emulsion.
- Peel and grate the vegetables.
- Thinly slice the salad and the onion.
- Share all of the ingredients between 4 large bowls, add the tuna, the halved eggs, then the vinaigrette.
- Sprinkle with chives and powdered coconut, serve immediately.
