Maori Poke bowl

Maori Poke bowl

Ingredients :

  • 400g of fresh raw tuna
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 black radish
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 limes
  • 2 tablespoons of chives
  • 4 tablespoons of sweet soya sauce
  • Powdered coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 20cl of coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

  1. Cut the tuna into thin slices and marinate in the juice from the 3 limes, for 1 hour, adding a little salt and pepper.
    Pour the soya sauce over the hardboiled eggs.
  2. Whisk together the oil, the coconut milk, the juice from 1 lime and salt and pepper, to form an emulsion.
  3. Peel and grate the vegetables.
  4. Thinly slice the salad and the onion.
  5. Share all of the ingredients between 4 large bowls, add the tuna, the halved eggs, then the vinaigrette.
  6. Sprinkle with chives and powdered coconut, serve immediately.
