Griddled langoustines

Ingredients

  • 24 very fresh langoustines
  • 1 lemon
  • Coarse salt or fleur de sel
  • Ground pepper, or Timut pepper with a citrus aroma

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the griddle on the hottest setting.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of salt onto it.
  3. Cook the langoustine for about 5 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and ground pepper, then serve immediately with toasts and salted butter.
