Griddled langoustines

Ingredients
- 24 very fresh langoustines
- 1 lemon
- Coarse salt or fleur de sel
- Ground pepper, or Timut pepper with a citrus aroma
Preparation
- Preheat the griddle on the hottest setting.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of salt onto it.
- Cook the langoustine for about 5 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and ground pepper, then serve immediately with toasts and salted butter.
