Fish casserole

Servings : 4
Prep time : 15 minutes
Cook time : 45 minutes
Ingredients :
- 800g of fish (hake, cod, mackerel, whiting)
- 150g of small new potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 courgette
- 1 leek
- 1 fennel
- 1 branch of celery
- 12 radishes
- 1 bouquet garni
- Salt and pepper
Instructions :
- Wash and chop the vegetables into pieces.
- Prepare the fish, either into large pieces or slices.
- Put the vegetables and the bouquet garni in a casserole dish, covered with salted water. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and add the pieces of fish, cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes.
- Season with ground pepper and fleur de sel, then serve in a large dish with thick slices of farmhouse bread and …gherkins!
