Fish casserole

Fish casserole

Servings : 4

Cook time : 45 minutes

 

Ingredients :

  • 800g of fish (hake, cod, mackerel, whiting)
  • 150g of small new potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 leek
  • 1 fennel
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 12 radishes
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • Salt and pepper

 

Instructions :

  1. Wash and chop the vegetables into pieces.
  2. Prepare the fish, either into large pieces or slices.
  3. Put the vegetables and the bouquet garni in a casserole dish, covered with salted water. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the pieces of fish, cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Season with ground pepper and fleur de sel, then serve in a large dish with thick slices of farmhouse bread and …gherkins!
